SALES & RETURNS - Payment is due upon purchase. All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any made to order products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you have requested a refund that has been authorised, the buyer is liable for return postage fees and the refund will only be processed once we have received the item in the same condition as it was sent out in.
Please ensure that all information entered at checkout is correct. We reserve the right to cancel any order and process a full refund without prior notice.
SHIPPING TIMES - we are a small, one-woman business. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We are able to ship internationally to Ireland, France, the Netherlands, USA and Canada.
CUSTOMS CHARGES/IMPORT TAXES - The buyer is responsible for all additional charges, taxes and fees that may be incurred through international shipping. No refunds will be given for items seized by customs. Please ensure our botanical products are legal in your country before purchasing.
