How to use Star Ametrine ritual oils
Hold your bottle in your left hand, which is where energy is drawn inwards. This will help you to connect with the energies of the crystals within your bottle.
Close your eyes and breathe in deeply for three counts. Exhale for three counts. Repeat three times.
Apply the oil to your pulse points, wrists, neck, temples, third-eye, soles of feet, palms of hands, base of neck, the seven chakra points or wherever you feel drawn to place it.
Inhale the blend of sacred oils and herbs.
Repeat the breathing exercise.
You are now set. You are balanced, centered, and grounded.
