Ingredients: rosehip (Rosa canina), blackberry leaf (Rubus villosus), hawthorn berry (Crataegus laevigata), raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), nettle (Urtica dioica), juniper berry (Juniperus communis). 40g recyclable packet. All herbs are organic and/or sustainably wild-crafted.

How to use:

Take 1-2 heaped spoonfuls in a pot of freshly boiled hot water to enjoy the benefits of this ritually made herbal tea blend. Steeping time 10 minutes.

All herbs are sourced from reputable traders, either straight from the grower or from trusted intermediaries. All herbs within this blend are organically grown. Rosehips and hawthorn berries are sustainably foraged and hand harvested by Star Ametrine from the abundant hedgerows of the Cotswolds. Blackberry leaf and spring-time nettle are harvested from our own gardens.
